On Halloween I received a comment accusing me and the rest of the "Media Elite" of running a coordinated campaign against Gen. Boykin as a result of his religious remarks made while in uniform. I won't address Gen. Boykin's remarks here, because I've done it already.
But me as part of the "The Media Elite"? What a crock. This is a blog. A haphazard, frequently poorly written, random selection of news stories that catch my interest. I make no money here. My audience is so pathitically small that I'm happy to receive comments from anyone, even complete nutjobs. SO I'm not sure how I fit into the right-wing, cheap-labor conservative view that there is some sort of liberal media elite that is out to damage their cause. As if the "media" were liberal at all.
