Evidently te Bush Administration is willing to pay cash for support against Iraq that it can't get through diplomacy or by presenting legitimate evidence that the UN should take action.

It would appear that al-Qaeda has given him an excuse for the war that his flunkies have been pressing for since 1998, despite little evidence linking Saddam to anyone but Hama and Palestinian Islamic Jihad.
My thought is that if we go to war with anyone, it should be the Saudis, which won't happen for a variety of reasons.
